I’ve been reflecting on why I’ve been so bad this week. I think it comes down to eating via boredom. A couple of times I have overeaten because I have been soooo cold. Really feeling the cold this winter

I think Uni House gives you a few too many excuses to pig out. It’s like Monica’s lolly bag. When I find it, it gets a bit lighter.

The UNH C’ttee meeting onlyu happens once a month, and generally I can keep to a reasonable points level on the sandwiches and the wine; it’s the cheese which tempts me
The other UH function was a once off but bloody nice
