		<description>Hmm, I&#039;ve noticed this too of late - smaller places that would generally have an eftpos system in place don&#039;t.

Near my old place there was an &#039;upmarket&#039; coffee shop next to a family owned small convenience store. The convenience store had eftpos (and an atm), but the coffee shop only took cash. The coffee shop claimed it was too expensive to pay the licensing fees (or something).</description>
