You can follow my attempt to lose weight!
- January 6, 2007: 144.5 kg (about 318 lbs)
- January 13, 2007: 144.0 kg (316.8 lbs)
- January 31, 2007: who knows? (lots lbs)
- February 10, 2007: Found out. Not good
Current goal: 5% of my body weight, or 7 kg, will occur at 137.5 kg.
Reward: New runners to suit next goal
Next goal: 10% of my body weight, or 14 kg, will occur at 130.5 kg.
Reward: Nike+ pedometer and iPod Nano
Ultimate goal: Anything around BMI 30 = 95 kg. As that’s like 50 kg away, I’ll take that any day and worry about being “officially” normal (BMI 20-25) after that. I’ve never been in that normal range at any stage of my life, so we’ll see when the time comes.

Sounds like a good idea. I’m trying for 25 kg this year, and the rest next year. Let’s see how things go? As I’m in Maryland right now, it maybe a few years before we catch up unless you come to a security conference over here!

OMG, I think my scales are broken. 103.9kg on 16 Jan.
I’m thinking I may have to get myself a new pair of NIKEs. In fact I think I shall have to get you (or some random eBayer) to ship them, cause the ones they tend to sell in Aus are $$$ and not what I want.
My 5% goal weight will have to be 98.3kg.

Hey Andrew! I’m on a diet call Body Trim (http://www.bodytrim.com.au/) and have been losing weight with so much more food than I normally eat and only about 30 minutes walking a day.
