Today, I felt crap. I really don’t want to take a photo of me at this weight, but I do have one from Christmas, which is quite representative:

It looks like I’m wearing a tent … with added stains. So it can only get better from here.

Diet

I’ve got the CSIRO Diet (both the 1st and 2nd books). When I tried it briefly last year, it worked for me and I didn’t feel hard done by or difficult to live on it.

With my jetset lifestyle, being easy to live with a diet is a make or break proposition as eating out roughly half the time is tricky, particularly in the USA with their huge serving sizes and uncertain quantities of cheese and fatty additives.

Exercise

The second CSIRO book has a reasonable workout chapter. I’ve got a gym at the apartments, and so the challenge is to get off my lazy backside and work through the workouts here or at the gym. Most of the hotels we stay at have gyms, and for those places that don’t, I will need to work out how to walk and later jog in the cold weather. Not that it’s particularly cold here so far, but it might be elsewhere.
